We have a position opened for an Education Executive!
We are seeking for a qualified candidate with experience in delivering individualised intervention to join our team of multidisciplinary professionals who embrace a child's best interest.
The incumbent will be responsible for methodical planning, coordination and execution of educational-related policies, programmes and activities. Using a three-tier System of Support Model, the Executive’s primary role is to provide tiered intervention to children and youths in consultation with the multidisciplinary team to promote the child and youth’s academic and personal excellence.
The Education Executive will also work closely with key stakeholders to plan, organize and implement programmes and activities for the children and youths, manage volunteers, conduct needs and outcome assessments to measure and enhance programme relevance and effectiveness, so as to bring about quality service and standards.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working within special education, providing learning support or community rehabilitation services for adults or youths at risk.
- Relevant qualifications in education, special education or psychology.
- Demonstrate flexibility, strong work habits, and a positive attitude, with a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
- Knowledge and experience in profiling and delivering interventions for individuals with social-emotional difficulties are preferred.
- Experience in administrative tasks, including for fund application for programmes.
- Attend meetings and willing to take minutes when required.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday during 9am to 6 pm or 12pm to 9pm
The selected candidate is required to work in the evenings three times a week as needed.
