Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation – Develop compelling written and visual content for various communication channels, including press releases, articles, blogs, social media, and newsletters.
- Social Media Management – Assist on managing our social media platforms, creating engaging content, monitoring engagement, and analysing performance to optimise our social media presence.
- Brand Messaging – Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels, aligning with our company's values and objectives.
- Internal Communications and Engagement – Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed, engaged and aligned with company goals.
- Event Coordination – Assist in the planning and execution of events, webinars, and conferences to promote our brand and engage with our audience.
- Analytics and Reporting – Use data analytics tools to measure the impact of communication efforts, gather insights, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry associations, to enhance our reputation and support our business objectives.
