- Location: Changi
- Work Days: 5.5 Work Week
- Salary: $5000 - $6000 (Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability.
- Able to take up 1.5 year contract
Responsibilities
- Diploma/Degree in Architectural with minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience with main construction. Preferably with MRT experience.
- Ability to manage the subcontractor to ensure smooth progress of architectural works.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit and other relevant programs
Requirements:
- Assist the team leader with the coordination of architectural works.
- Review the working drawing, specifications and requirements. Highlight any technical issues and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal team (Structural and M&E) on requirements of architectural design and compliances.
- Arrange coordination meetings with archi contractors and prepares the minutes of discussion.
- Participates in the architectural coordination meeting with LTA and AE.
- Attend and follow up the mock-up inspection and trade demo.
- Other adhoc duties assigned
