- Managing bookings, registrations, waitlists, and inquiries for transit tours.
- Maintaining customer service booths at transit terminals, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
- Ensuring the security and proper maintenance of booth equipment.
- Escorting passengers to meeting points and coordinating with tour guides.
- Handling customer feedback and complaints professionally.
