Job Type: 1 Year Contract
Salary: Up to $2,500
Responsibilities:
- To support daily IT and office operations through various administrative tasks.
- Provide basic technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage IT assets by maintaining records of company laptops, mobile phones, servers, network devices, user accounts, and access controls.
- Handle general inquiries and perform administrative duties.
- Enter purchasing data into SAP.
- Liaise with vendors for procurement, general matters, and office maintenance.
- Support coordination of company events when necessary.
- Perform additional assignments as needed with flexibility.
Requirements:
- Diploma in IT/ Computer Science/ or equivalent
- Familiarity with network equipment, desktop support, and system administration.
- 1-2 years of networking experience preferred.
- Entry level with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
- Good interpersonal skills for effective communication.
- Well-organized and capable of multitasking.
