Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise site activities and ensure timely and smooth progress of works.
- Attend meeting, coordination, prepare works schedule & site supervision
- To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
- Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
- Perform equipment, materials, and routine inspections.
- Maintain and update work progress records, housekeeping and prepare reports.
- Responsible for manpower planning and material usage at site.
- Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
- Cooperate with safety personnel to ensure adherence to health and safety at all times.
Job Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 5 years construction site experience
- Must posses Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health Management in Construction Industry
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- Willing to work long hours
