- Coordinate pre and post tour work, which include planning of tours, tour logistics, risk management and collection of customer feedback.
- Involve in direct tour operations such as being facilitator, host, tech and admin in both physical and virtual tours.
- Assist in ground management by providing support to tour guides and operational staff.
- Represent the company and interact with clients in a professional and presentable manner.
- Assist in product development and development-based projects.
- Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews (e.g. Google My Business, TripAdvisor, Facebook)
- Assist in customer service (i.e. handling of tour enquiries and bookings) and lead generation when required.
- Perform other ad-hoc and admin duties as assigned.
