Our Client is a Manufacturer of heavy equipment, large or small engines, spare parts of Construction, Agricultural, Marine Industry
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and track maintenance activities for chiller systems.
- Ensure maintenance work follows prescribed checklists and schedules.
- Test, commission, and fine-tune new chillers with minimal guidance.
- Coordinate on-site project execution, witness FAT, and conduct SAT to ensure optimal chiller performance.
- Interpret as-built documents, schematic drawings, and technical documents.
- Analyze operating data and repair issues as needed.
- Manage chiller overhaul/repair works and supervise subcontractors to ensure quality and progress.
- Prepare detailed service reports for each assignment.
- Address and resolve customer service issues promptly and recommend preventive measures.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure safety procedures during service and repairs.
- Perform other tasks as required by the Department Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum ITE Certificate with Merit in Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience with chiller systems.
- Proficient in guiding and troubleshooting HVAC faults, particularly with modular screw chillers, centrifugal chillers, and absorption chillers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare detailed service reports.
- Strong safety mindset and adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards.
- Willingness to undertake short-term overseas assignments
