VIRTUE MEDICAL CLINIC is looking for PART-TIME Clinic Assistants to join our Fledging healthcare group!
We are a family-oriented GP clinic group that believes in valuing our staff / good team-work in order to achieve the best outcomes for patient care.
Starting from $14/hour
Clinic assistant experience is a bonus but not a requirement as training will be provided
Responsibilities of a Clinic Assistant
* Aid in the registration and scheduling of patients
* Prepare prescribed medications as instructed by the doctor.
* Generate bills and invoices for patients, and collect payments.
* Receive and distribute lab reports, communicate with the doctor, and contact patients accordingly
* Manage the housekeeping of the clinic to ensure its tidiness and cleanliness
* Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks assigned by the manager.
