Job Responsibilities
- Ensure preparation of project document in accordance with customer expectation.
- Take ownership of allocated project documentation work
- Proactive communication with vendors for projects/ MRO documentation support request.
- Understanding customers businesses and processes.
- Prompt resolution of customers concerns and inquiries. Including QA documentation. (Customer may direct or indirect)
- Driven to close final documentation request
- Work closely with the execution team to understand the project requirement
- Work closely with the Finance team to follow up on retention invoicing.
- Prompt attention to incoming calls/emails.
- May be required to make customer calls with Global Regional Sales Managers, Key Account Managers, Sales Representatives and Sales Managers.
- SAP reporting requirements (If applicable).
- Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- SAP knowledge preferred
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Fast Learner and to be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 1 year working experience in a related field
