Job Scope
· To be overall responsible for the coffeeshop operation aspects including general maintenance, work area cleanliness and safety.
· Reviewing staffs’ performance
· Serve as role model for company values and standards
· Build and maintain good working relationship staff/trainee
· Need to onsite to ensure operations are moving smoothly
· Involved in doing FOH training for all F&B sites
· Training and briefing staffs on workplace safety and certain job scopes
· Provide daily, weekly and monthly performance reports for management to review
Job Requirement
· Need to have at least 3 years of relevant experience
· Resilient & ability to perform under pressure excellent communications & interpersonal skill
· Have integrity and reliable to handle issues
