A well-established architectural firm looking for skilled architectural drafter / technical executive to join our team.
The candidate will be working closely with the lead architects/team manager to prepare detailed, accurate drawings from rough sketches and estimations, and provide the information required by clients, contractors.
Responsibilities
- Assist in checking architectural plan layout adheres to building codes and compliances specialising in industrial developments
- Preparation of all submission drawings and making electronic submission to all statutory boards
- Preparing detail, tender, and construction drawings on BIM/Revit & ACAD software
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Architctural or its equivalent
- Minimum 4 years experience in construction industry
- Proficiency in using drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM
