Position Summary:

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and positive Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and develop their skills. Comprehensive training will be provided to develop you into a subject matter expert in customer service, while also enhancing your communication and problem-solving abilities. You will gain valuable exposure to the laundry and garment industry, along with business acumen.


Work Schedule and Benefits:

  • 5.5-day workweek
  • Full-time position benefits including annual leave and medical leave
  • Working Hours: Weekdays 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Weekends 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour meal break

Location: City Hall or Esplanade MRT

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels (online, phone, and in-person) to ensure a memorable experience for customers.
  • Collaborate with relevant team members to complete orders efficiently.
  • Coordinate delivery appointments and manage customer issues as they arise.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by brainstorming and implementing new ideas.
  • Utilize basic computer skills to facilitate order processing and update sales reports.
  • Be available to work on weekends if required.
  • Participate in on-the-job training to continuously enhance your skills.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to attend to counterparts.
  • Basic computer skills and customer service experience.
  • Preferably, experience as a Junior Executive in Customer Service, Call Center, or a related field.
  • Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with multiple departments to ensure timely order delivery.
  • Positive mindset and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident only.
