- Make sure customer relationship management (CRM) and e-commerce platforms work well and are easy to use.
- Run loyalty program, including points, rewards, and redemptions.
- Analyze customer data to attract and keep customers.
- Use data to create targeted marketing campaigns to boost sales.
- Keep an eye on industry trends and competitors to stay ahead.
- Organize events for top customers and different groups
- Manage how tocommunicate with customers through various channels (email, text, app, etc.)
- Oversee our mobile app and related tasks.
- Collaborate with the marketing team.
- Handle any other tasks assigned by the marketing department or management.
Requirements
- Min 1-3 years experience.
- Atleast Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass communication or relevant field.
