This position involves Veterinary nursing work in consultations, assisting with dental/surgical procedures, anaesthesia monitoring, care of hospitalised animal patients, after hours nursing duties, hospitalisation care and reception work. Daily routine duties include cleaning, performing blood tests, urine/faecal analysis and assisting with X-Rays/ultrasonography.
Job Description:
- Assist vets during consultations, treatments and surgeries.
- Performing blood tests, urine/faecal analysis
- Care for animals that are likely ill and/or disabled.
- Assist with X-Rays/ Ultrasonography
- Perform reception duties such as register patients, arrange appointments, dispense medications and respond to enquiries.
- Maintain overall hygiene and cleanliness of clinic (including animal cages, consulting rooms and surgery room).
