The Project Executive will assist the Project Director in managing Design & Build projects for landed residential properties.
The role involves overseeing project timelines, coordinating with subcontractors, and managing project profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Director in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Develop project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with the Project Director and stakeholders.
- Create and manage project timelines and schedules.
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors to ensure timely and quality completion of work.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare and present project reports, including financial and status updates.
- Assist in managing project budgets and forecasts to ensure profitability.
- Address any project issues or conflicts, providing effective resolutions.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in residential construction.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
