Contract Duration: 11 Months
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8.30am to 6pm; Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Basic Salary: $2,800 per month
Responsibilities:
• Support the team with background research on personalities and countries of interest (e.g., China, US, EU), areas of interest (e.g., AI, CBDF, 5G) international agreements (e.g., CPTPP), international platforms (e.g., OECD, WEF, UN, ASEAN) and international trends and developments in digital economy.
• Support the team with preparation of background material (e.g., text comparisons across different international agreements)
• Project manage a course on digital economy with international attendees and liaise with other government agencies on logistics matters
• Assist on coordinating engagements with other government agencies and external (US, EU, UK, Europe, Latin America) stakeholders.
• Assist in coordinating, and note-taking where relevant, negotiations for ASEAN-X or other FTA/DEA negotiations.
• Provide other administrative support for the team.
Requirements:
· Diploma in any discipline.
· Experience in project management and research, especially in topics in international agreements and partnerships.
· Immediate Starters are preferred (Not serving notice)
