CuriousCore is evolving its business to better support its clients in key sectors as part of their growing efforts in capability development, digitalisation and culture redesign. We are looking for an experienced account manager to serve and grow our enterpise and SME accounts in Singapore and Malaysia.
Who?
- Account management experience in one (or more) of the following sectors: utilities, government, financial services or healthcare.
- Multi-stakeholder engagement and account management experience of at least 3 years
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English (additional language proficiency a bonus)
- Familiarity with technical topics like design thinking, user experience and product management
- Familiarity with how partnership works to drive value creation and trust
- Consultative selling with high EQ
- Inference skills is a must
- Able to work independently
What?
- Propose and oversee programs and system-level interventions with our instructor partners and project operations team
- Participate in tenders and business development calls/meetings
- Grasp the business context and organisation structure of each client to best tailor an engagement strategy
- Build thought leadership for CuriousCore in one or more of these spaces with partners: capability development, digitalisation and culture redesign.
- Follow-up with inbound leads (B2B most often and sometimes B2C)
- Document interactions in CRM
- Travel to Singapore twice a week
