- Develop strategies and a roadmap to achieve business goals and enhance customer satisfaction, in line with the outcome statement.
Product Management
- Manage the product roadmap and backlogs, ensuring timely delivery of products by vendors and IT partners.
System Enhancement and Change Management
- Lead and oversee system enhancement and change requests, guiding them from ideation to implementation.
Vendor and Contract Management
- Engage in vendor and contract management to ensure compliance with established SLAs, and keep contracts and addendums current and up-to-date.
Operational Analysis and Resolution
- Provide data-driven insights to identify operational gaps and recommend solutions to address these gaps.
- Collaborate with vendors, IT partners, and users to implement solutions to close identified gaps.
Requirement
- Degree in Business Management or in any other relavent field
