Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for organizing offline training to doctors in Southeast Asian countries:
- Plan and organize offline training sessions, ensuring the content meets the needs of local doctors.
- Develop training schedules and course arrangements, coordinating the preparation of venues and equipment.
Provide online technical support and training according to business demands:
- Offer remote technical support and training through video conferences, webinars, and other online platforms.
- Create and maintain online training resources, including video tutorials and operation guides.
- Respond to doctors' clinical operation issues in real-time and provide technical solutions.
Assist the sales team in customer development and pre-sales and after-sales support:
- Support the sales team in identifying potential customers and provide professional medical knowledge.
- Participate in pre-sales presentations and customer visits, answering technical questions about the products.
Proofreading, and reviewing clinical medical training materials:
- Write and update training manuals, operation guides, and clinical case studies.
- Proofread and review training materials for accuracy and professionalism, ensuring content correctness.
- Regularly update and optimize training materials based on feedback and the latest clinical practices.
Participate in market information and system optimization:
- Collect and analyze market information, understanding competitive products and market needs.
- Participate in market promotion activities, providing technical support and professional advice.
- Assist in optimizing internal company systems to improve work efficiency and service quality.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or or above in a medical related specialization is required
- At least 3 years of clinical support or training work experience is required
- Able to travel for extended periods within the region on short-notice
- Have a good team spirit and customer service awareness
