SAP CTRM/ACM Expert

Job Summary: The SAP CTRM/ACM Expert will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Commodity Trading and Risk Management (CTRM) and Agricultural Contract Management (ACM) modules. This role requires extensive knowledge of SAP modules, business processes, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation and Configuration:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP CTRM and ACM modules.
• Customize SAP modules to meet specific business requirements.
• Ensure successful integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.

Business Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop and document detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Provide expertise in commodity trading, risk management, and agricultural contract management processes.

Support and Maintenance:

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP CTRM and ACM modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to module functionality.
• Perform regular system upgrades and patches to ensure optimal performance.

Training and Documentation:

• Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions.
• Create comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Stay updated on SAP best practices and industry trends.

Project Management:

• Manage and lead SAP projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Monitor project progress and report status to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP CTRM and ACM implementation and support.
• Proven experience in commodity trading and risk management processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.

Certifications:
