- Verify and record the data into Google Spreadsheet (workers daily mobement, vendors' invoices and etc)
- Purchase and maintain the material/hardware availability for projects used and store room needs
- Prepare and submit documents to project related authority parties (PTW, Risk Assessment, LEW and etc)
- Monitor project costing closely and update to higher management if necessary
- Perform ad-hoc admin task as assigned by higher management
- Candidate who can start work immediately is preferred
