Job Scope:
1. Customer Service Duty
2. To answer phone calls, manage visitors, takes messages, responds to enquiries, and provide general
useful information (in a very dynamic environment where calls are voluminous).
3. Able to use school implemented IT system for administrative purposes.
4. To call parents/staff/ students to convey messages during ad-hoc / special events.
5. Assist in receiving of goods and incoming mails.
6. Maintaining tidiness of the reception area at all times
7. To support any other general admin duties as and when required.
8. To support the school in administrative matters when the need arises.
Requirements:
- Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in office administration. Prior working experience in a school environment is an advantage.
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Good team player with a high level of initiative
- Good customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office systems such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Contract Period: 19 Aug 2024 to 28 Feb 2025
Salary: $1800/month
Location: Choa Chu Kang
Working Arrangement:
• During school term, Mondays to Fridays: 7:00am to
4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break.
• During school holiday, Mondays to Fridays: 8:00am to
5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break.
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted
public holidays.
