Job Description
Resource Management:
- Support onboarding and offboarding of IT resources from end to end on a timely manner.
- Ensure all onboarding documents are in place.
- Work closely with HR department to ensure seamless resources boarding process.
- Collaborate with IT leaders and functional managers to ensure appropriate allocation and utilisation of resources across projects, considering skills, availability, and capacity.
Portfolio Management:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive IT project portfolio, including project prioritisation, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Monitor portfolio performance against strategic objectives, KPIs, and budgetary constraints, and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for optimisation and consolidation within the project portfolio to maximise resource utilisation and minimise duplication of efforts.

The Successful Applicant
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Atleast 2 years of experience in Communication & Business Management function
- Worked on IT project management, with a strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Able to drive and engage with management and employees of all levels
- Team player and independent worker
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words, PPT
- Knowledge of Sharepoint, Confluence, Wiki and JIRA is good to have
