Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the restaurant’s daily operations and ensure the highest standards of service are maintained
- Supervising the display and delivery of food and drinks to the customers
- Checking in with customers regarding food quality and service provided
- Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently
- Oversee logistics by managing inventory and ordering supplies
- Lead and train staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Implement and uphold strict health and safety protocols
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Available for morning shifts
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in handling customer feedback and resolving issues
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations within the food and beverage industry
