Job Descriptions:
- To conceptualise and design EDMs, graphics and visuals using design software;
- To develop the production design and overall layout for weekly launches, products, advertisement, and more for social media postings;
- To design graphics to meet specific promotional and commercial needs like logos, packaging, displays, or imagery for digital and printable products;
- To conceptualise, plan and manage weekly indoor and outdoor photoshoot;
- To conceptualise, plan and manage weekly indoor and outdoor creative video content/ campaign projects
- To ensure that all content aligns with the brand and concept theme of the shoot;
- To edit photos and videos on Adobe Creative Suite and/ or other software;
- To conceptualise, plan and manage content collaterals for social media channels and weekly launches;
- To research, analyse and plan new and fun ways to execute social media content;
- To participate in discussions to brainstorm on how to improve delivery of content on the brand’s social media platforms;
- To create daily content for social media channels;
- To source and style photoshoot location and models, includes flatlay;
- To manage copywriting for content collaterals;
- To assist the Creative Director in leading the creative and art direction of the brand;
- The Company reserves the right to implement future rules and restrictions to meet business requirements/ goals.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum qualifications of Diploma in related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in related industry
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Photography and videography skills
- Good knowledge of DSLR camera, studio and outdoor lights, audio, and other equipments
- Experience in commercial fashion photography and videography is a bonus
- Keen sense in fashion/e-commerce industry
- Positive attitude, creative, has a keen eye for detail and must be resilient
- A genuine curiosity to know how things work and how to make things better
- Possess a strong advocate of the SuperGurl brand
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, well organised – able to time manage independently on multiple tasks
- Proactive, able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment
- Jovial, fun, pleasant looking, outgoing and warm personality
- Open to travel overseas for shoots
