About Our Client

Job Description
- Research and identify potential merchants that can benefit from cross-border payment solutions. Develop and implement strategies to approach and engage these prospects.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our payment solutions. Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and pain points of each prospect.
- Lead negotiations and work closely with prospective merchants to finalize contracts and agreements. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with merchants. Provide ongoing support and ensure a high level of satisfaction to encourage long-term partnerships.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the cross-border payments space. Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to enhance our offerings.
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new merchants and to continuously improve our services.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in the payments or financial technology industry.
- Strong understanding of cross-border payments and international commerce.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with prospective merchants and attend industry events.
