Duration: 6 months (maternity cover)
Location: Aljunied
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 6pm
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Manager Events to develop the annual events schedule and budget
- Assist in planning and executing each event as scheduled
- Ability to navigate and create virtual and hybrid events through tools like (but not limited to) Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- Actively recruit new groups to attend the different types of events and manage the database of contacts
- Research, identify and deal with the relevant licensing requirement of each events
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma/bachelor degree in marketing or events management
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in large scale events management
- Proficient in IT skills, particularly in the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, Excel and Zoom
