Responsibilities:
- Lead the tendering process, prepare and submit tenders including quantity taking off and pricing
- Involved in cost analysis and contracts administration
- Prepare tender documents, tender evaluation reports, variation agreements
- Preparation of budgets and keep track of project expenditures
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claim
- Process claims and contractual payment
- Negotiate and award sub-contracts
- Prepare and manage Variation Orders with Clients and sub-contractors
- Attend project meetings and tender interviews
- Other tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or related field of study.
- Minimum 2 years of experience for Quantity Surveyor
- Good working knowledge of interior fit-out works or additions and alterations works
