We are looking for a Maintenance Technician. The pay we are offering is up to $4,000.
Responsibilities
- Maintain good physical conditions of the building
- Repair defects in the building and guestroom, such as painting, patching of walls, plumbing, electrical switches, lighting, flooring
- Upgrading guestroom, such as improve waterproofing, upgrade room fitting
- Liaise with external contractor for repair and regular inspections
- Respond and prioritise maintenance works and guest's request.
Requirements
- Experience working in hotel is a plus
- Familiar with plumbing, electrical and building maintenance
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Good communication skills
