Job Description:
- Process daily settlements for various Treasury products, including but not limited to FX, Money Markets, and MASB, following regulatory requirements and the bank’s internal policies.
- Participate in Treasury-related projects, system enhancements within the bank, and industry-wide initiatives.
- Handle payment-related tasks, including customer inquiries, information requests, and any non-STP payment transactions.
- Perform daily reconciliation of nostro accounts and periodic reporting to MAS.
- Draft and review Treasury Settlement procedures and conduct training for the Operations Team.
- Assist with fixed deposit, loan operations, and other operational tasks as needed.
- Complete any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
- At least 5 years of experience in Treasury Operations.
- Familiarity with the settlement process and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS), DTCC reporting, IRS, and CCS is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with various stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional analytical skills for problem-solving.
