Job Description & Requirements
We are looking for pleasant Patient Service Associates to manage receptionist and clerical duties at front desk. As the “face” for all visitors and patients and to provide an overall pleasant visitor experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Inpatient Admission/ Discharge
· A&E (Outpatient) Admission/Discharge
· Concierge services such as directing and escorting of patients
Requirements:
· Service-oriented
· Able to adapt to changes, manage multiple taskings
· Willing to work on weekends and Public Holiday
· Training will be provided
Other Information:
· Working Hours: 7.30 to 7.30. Need to work both rotating day and night shift
· Location: Sengkang
· Salary: Monthly Gross up to $2,400
· Contract Period: 1 Year
