We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to EUC users and ensuring the smooth operation. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude. The working hours are weekdays from 12pm to 9pm
Responsibilities:
- Respond to IT support requests from end users, either in person, via phone, or through the ticketing system. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and resolve problems in a timely manner. Ensure uninterrupted access to critical IT services for VIP
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and deployment of computer systems, laptops, printers, software applications, and other IT equipment.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various systems and applications. Ensure user onboarding and offboarding processes are executed accurately and efficiently.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups to ensure the security and efficiency
Requirement:
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues on Windows and mobile operating systems.
- Experience with remote support tools and software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with high-level executives.
- Fine in working hours that are weekdays from 12pm to 9pm
