Job Scopes:
Account Payable (AP)
• Process vendor invoices, petty cash reimbursement, perform 3 way matching to ensure proper documentation and prepare payments to vendors
• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain necessary approvals for invoices.
• Attend and respond to accounts payable related enquires and matters.
Account Payable (AR)
• Monitor and manage customer invoicing and receipts
• Verification of assigned outlets sales records
• Follow up on outstanding payment
• Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and reconciling issue
Closing Full Set of Accounts
• Prepare journal entries, adjustments and audit schedules to support
HR duties
• Assist in the recruiting process including job advertisement posting, resume screening and arranging of interviews.
• Generate HR documents: Employment Contract, Confirmation Letter, etc.
• Maintain and upkeep of HR database accurately, all employee personal files records are complete and treated in strictest confidence.
• Process payrolls include CPF submission, reporting employee earnings
(AIS) in accurate and timely manner.
• Prepare and coordinate employee on-boarding/off-boarding process.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned
