- Prepare sales invoices, delivery orders, shipping documents and follow up with customer payment when required
- Match purchase orders, supplier delivery orders and invoices
- Prepare bank reconciliation
- Prepare journal entries, reconcile financial statements and accounts as well as to ensure data accuracy
- Maintenance of Partial accounts
- Perform day to day operation
- Perform general administrative tasks or ad-hoc projects for finance department as and when required
- Assist Senior accounts officer in her work.
Requirements
- Able to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
- Immediate availability or within short notice is preferred
- New grads in accounting are welcome
