Position: Drafter and Specialist in Structural Steel Works
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience:More than 10 years of experience in construction, with a focus on structural steel works.
- Technical Skills:In-depth understanding of HDB (Housing & Development Board) and BCA (Building and Construction Authority) specifications.
Proficiency in drafting and coordinating drawings.
Ability to coordinate drawings with the main contractor.
- Site Knowledge:Strong understanding of site progress and safety protocols.
- Language Skills:Proficiency in English.
Ability to speak Chinese is an added advantage.
- Other Skills:Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
This position requires a dedicated professional with a comprehensive understanding of structural steel works and the ability to manage and coordinate effectively on-site.
