· Working hours: Mon to Fri office hours, 24/7 standby needed
· Benefit: Standby allowance per day $40 (weekday)/ $75 (weekend) + AWS + VB
Main Duties
· Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM), and troubleshoot medical devices.
· Provide service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Perform standby duties on a weekly basis according to the roster.
· Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to newcomers if needed.
Requirements
· 2 years or above of working experience in medical device/ technical support/field service handling biomedical equipment, medical devices, or IT support.
· Flexible with standby duties.
· Diploma or higher in any engineering field.
· Team player and able to work with minimal supervision.
