Responsibilities:
- Sort and improve the new distributors' performance
- Assist and encourage new distributors and clients in learning about the product
- With distributors, update and go over the sales performance report.
- Provide timely and professional responses to ad hoc customer requests and customer inquiries. Offer technical guidance and support to distributors, architects, consultants, and contractors, in that order.
- As needed, visit clients to offer assistance with sales and customer care concerns.
- Compile estimates, create a quote, submit a bid, and follow up often
- Identify possible new clients, cultivate new accounts, and manage and uphold positive relationships with important accounts.
- Ascertain that quote activities are updated in a timely way in compliance with the established procedure of the sales department.
- To assume responsibility for tasks allocated and concentrate on must-win goals
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of sales experience in construction industry
- Knowledge in ACMV, M&E, Smoke control system or system
- Successful candidate must be able to comprehend mechanical and electrical drawings.
