Phillip Capital is seeking dedicated and experienced Wealth Manager to join our distinguished LEET Advisory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing mass and affluent clients by providing tailored investment advice and wealth management solutions.

Our trainers are highly effective in coaching and grooming new-to-industry individuals to become successful, making this an ideal environment for growth and excellence.

About the Job
New to industry and in-industry advisors will be placed in a compulsory 90-day training programme to ensure that advisors uphold gold standards of servicing. At Phillip Capital, we take pride in grooming our salesforce to ensure advisors can thrive in the ever-changing market. Hence people who have interest and passion in the finance/investment field is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Provide exceptional client service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Investment Advisory: Assess clients' financial needs, risk tolerance, and investment goals. Create and implement personalized investment strategies to achieve these goals.
- Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage client portfolios, ensuring they are aligned with clients' objectives and market conditions. Make necessary adjustments based on performance and changing market dynamics.
- Financial Planning: Conduct comprehensive financial planning, including retirement planning, tax planning, estate planning, and wealth preservation strategies.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes. Provide clients with timely and relevant market insights and investment opportunities.
- Compliance: Ensure all client interactions and investment activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client transactions and communications.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives. Contribute to the growth and success of the firm by expanding the client base.
Requirements for application:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Alternatively if you have a degree in other fields but have keen interest in finance and investment markets, are also welcomed to apply.
- Needs to be Singaporean / PR
- Candidates who have CMFAS certs will be advantageous
