Job Description
- Perform month-end account closing activities
- Handle complete set of accounts for main & 01 small subsidiary company
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Perform month-end account closing activities
- Support sales team and clients to ensure timely payment and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Verify, prepare, and update payment details in the QuickBooks Online accounting system.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation and fixed assets schedules
- Prepare quarterly GST return
- Prepare and send monthly SOA to customer
- Assist in other duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Higher Nitec graduates with relevant experience will be considered
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Responsible and meticulous with good communication skills
- Able to work well as a team
- Able to start immediately or at short notice
