Senior Account Executive

Job Scope:

This salesperson will handle both existing enterprise clients and new client acquisition:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing enterprise clients in Singapore, ensuring their satisfaction and continued business with Exabytes.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to retain and grow existing clients' business with Exabytes.
  • Identify and prospect for new enterprise-level clients in Singapore.
  • Develop and present proposals to convert leads into new clients for Exabytes.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with both new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical support, etc.) to ensure seamless service for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and Exabytes' offerings to tailor solutions for clients' needs in Singapore.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally with a proven track record in both new client acquisition and enterprise account management in Singapore.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with high-level decision-makers in Singapore.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on effective communication in the Singaporean business environment.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to develop and execute effective sales plans.
  • In-depth knowledge of the cloud computing industry (or Exabytes' specific solutions) would be a plus, with a focus on the Singaporean market.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and pain points, with the ability to translate them into solutions relevant to Singaporean businesses.
  • Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
