Job Description:
- Verify that all drivers possess valid driving licenses, vocational licenses, and have acceptable demerit points.
- Handle applications and renewals for parking permits, Vehicle Parking Certificates (VPC), road tax, and insurance.
- Season Parking and Contracts: Manage applications for season parking and Adult Workers' Contracts (AWC).
- Coordinate with authorized agents and external workshops for all repairs and servicing work.
- Ensure the fleet vehicles are well-maintained and undergo periodic servicing.
- Monitor and manage vehicles undergoing servicing and repairs.
- Address and manage drivers’ feedback regarding vehicle conditions and issues.
- Oversee all matters related to vehicle accident reporting, breakdowns, towing, and roadside assistance.
- Schedule and manage vehicles for Land Transport Authority (LTA) inspections.
- Update and maintain driver and vehicle details in the YTMS system.
- Plan and conduct vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with campus requirements, including First aid kits, Fire extinguishers and Safety belts
- Procure and manage the distribution of AdBlue to drivers upon request.
- Process ad-hoc invoices for clients, subcontractors, campuses, and the finance department.
- Oversee the installation of CCTV cameras on all buses.
- Manage the disbursement of petty cash.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O levels or A level
- Specialized in Clerical/Administrative support or equivalent
- Candidate with customer service experience will be an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications especially MS Excel skills
- Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to respond to daily operational contingencies effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong work ethics, team player, detailed and meticulous
- Team player with positive working attitude
- Able to start work at short notice
