- Verify and record the database into Google Spreadsheets (workers movement sheet, vendors invoices and etc)
- Purchase and maintain the material/hardware availability for projects and storeroom needs
- Prepare and submit documents to project relevant parties (Permit To Work, Risk Assessment, LEW and etc)
- Tracking project costing closely and update to Manager if necessary
- Perform ad-hoc administrative works as assigned by higher management
- Candidate who can start work immediately is preferred
