Job description:
(a) To assist Project Management in the management of site operations.
(b) To review any existing / potential risks in site operations.
(c) To attend meeting with Client. (If necessary)
(d) To monitor the progress of work.
(e) To plan for access, site layout and co-ordinate site establishment.
(f) To record, update and compile PQP records
(g) To arrange for miscellaneous site purchases in cash term, if necessary.
(h) To arrange and coordinate in any monitoring activities on site
(i) To take Project Progress Photograph (if required)
(j) To verify the positions of Surveyor’s pegs.
(k) To record driven pile records and set paper.
(l) To control quality of piling work such as verticality, accuracy and welding.
(m) To control wastage; to ensure site safety; to verify site delivery
Qualification:
Minimum ‘N’ level or higher ;
Experience:
3 years’ relevant piling industry experience
