JOB REQUIREMENT / RESPONSIBILITIES
Role:
• Primary coordination the daily activities of a team of warehouse associates who receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch goods in timely manner.
• Responsible for maintaining Logistic inventory and locator accuracies, conduct periodic cycle count and reconciliation.
• Manage and review manpower discipline, efficiency and effectiveness on daily activities. Provide guidance and retraining if necessary, deploy them to maximize productivity.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain optimum space utilisation and flow efficiency, constantly review methods or process flow to increase productivity, enhance inventory preservation and security.
• Coordinate with cross functional team to ensure daily on-time delivery to internal / external customers.
• Continuous maintenance of logistic security, safety and health aspects to meet social responsibilities.
• Waste disposal management and control, weekly disposal arrangement with external approved contractors.
• Ensure all equipment and vehicles safety, maintain per schedule, coordinate on repairs if necessary.
• To carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior.
EDUCATION / ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
• Minimum Logistic Diploma or O level with minimum 3 years supervisory experience in manufacturing Logistic environment.
KEY REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ABILITY
• Proficient in Microsoft office, Oracle knowledge is added advantage.
• Good leadership, organisation and interpersonal skills
• Experience in reach truck / forklift
