Responsibilities
- Dealing with vehicle breakdown involving our leasing fleet including over-the-phone advice to the driver, arranging for towing, onsite support, etc.
- Assist the credit control team in the rental payment collection from a specific group of customers
- In charge and ensure that the vehicles are in good ready condition to be delivered any time
- In charge and ensure that vehicle has cleared the pre-delivery inspection (PDI) before delivering to the customer
- In charge of getting the reinstatement quote for leasing customer returning the vehicle,including able to quote independently
Requirement
- Diploma or equivalent
- Min. 2 years' experience in handling operation and customer service coordination
- Experience in the automotive working environment will be added advantage.
