· Preferably with relevant working experience in school environment
· Able to operate copier machines and have experience handling bulk printing

Job Description
- Office Administration
a. Operate copier machines. Re-fill paper for copiers located in staff room, HOD room and general office. Call for service if copiers are faulty
b. Operate laminator and laminate materials
c. Operate shredder and shred documents
d. Distribute mails/circulars/notifications (staff will be required to sign an undertaking to safeguard official information)
e. Count and sort items for teachers and students e.g. files, books, souvenirs, etc
f. Be able to answer simple phone calls and greet callers and take phone messages
g. Help out at the reception counter in the morning
2. Housekeeping
a. Ensure cleanliness of printing room, pantry and general office area (dispose waste, sweep and mop floor daily for level 1 general office, School Leaders rooms (4x), Meeting rooms (4x), conference room (1x), sick bay (1x)
b. Maintain general cleanliness of office equipment (e.g. copiers, collators, shredder)
3. Operational Duties
a. Cover duties of Operations Support Officers (e.g. disposal of waste paper baskets, open store room, bring contractors to storeroom, etc)
