Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Business Unit Heads and Team Managers
- Supervise site team to ensure proper maintenance of buildings by providing essential customer service
- Ensure building statutory requirements are in compliance
- Assist in council meetings, including review of meeting minutes
- Conduct site inspections and provide feedback to site team on the standard of property maintenance
- Manage site team on proper documentation and timely submission of invoice billings and/or receipts to Trust Accounts
- Check and ensure that feedback, and queries are attended to in a professional manner
- Cover site duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Degree in Project & Facilities Management, Infrastructure & Project Management, Real Estate Management or its equivalent qualifications
- Knowledge of Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) and other statutory acts will be an added advantage
- Good people and communications skills
- Proven leadership qualities
