Sales Director (Prefer Confinement Centre)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets KPI and operations for the Confinement Centre.
• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the clinics, including managing, supervising staff, and handling frontline operations.
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the clinic.
• Manage and lead the golf team
• Develop and manage membership marketing and sales strategies.
• To provide excellent frontline customer service and handle guest concerns in a professional manner
• Maintain effective communication both internal and external parties

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business operation or equivalent
• At least 5 years' experience in confinement centre, health & wellness experience
• In-depth understanding of confinement centre
• Good English and Chinese to communicate with a dynamic team
• Proven leadership skills for team supervision, adhering to SOPs, and guiding HR in talent recruitment and development
• Able to solve problem and execute solutions systematically
• Able to break down tasks and assign the tasks to the appropriate person in charge, track progress and completion of the tasks and re integrate the components into the whole
• Able to manage teams and resolve conflicts firmly and confidently.
• About to use computational method to solve problems or design KPIs for his junior managers
• Long term strategic mind-set
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Immediate available is preferred
