Senior Digital Consultant

As a Senior Digital Consultant, you will play a key role in advising clients on the integration of Digital systems and technologies into their projects, spanning sectors such as transportation, buildings, energy, and beyond. From developing strategic Digital masterplans to overseeing the implementation of cutting-edge solutions, you will be at the forefront of driving digital transformation and enabling smarter, more connected cities and communities. Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams of engineers, architects, planners, and designers, you will provide technical leadership and guidance throughout all stages of the project lifecycle. Whether it's designing intelligent building systems, deploying advanced telecommunications networks, or optimizing digital infrastructure for sustainable energy management, you will have the opportunity to tackle complex challenges and deliver impactful solutions that meet the needs of our clients and the communities they serve.

The Opportunity
As a Senior Digital Consultant at Arup you will be part of a team responsible for:
• Advising and guiding digital transformation of major infrastructure operators.
• Understand and evaluate existing systems and identify strengths and opportunities for enhancement.
• Work together with a team of Enterprise Architects, Solutions Specialists and System designers to develop the architecture, design and implementation strategies for a major airport development.
• Engage with stakeholders, vendors, and other external parties.
• Support the implementation of a requirements management process.
• Drive innovation and the adoption of best-in-class technology for and future proof new developments

You will need to maintain a reliable and consistent written and verbal communication interface with Technicians, Engineers and Consultants with very good command of English, and excellent report writing skills.

Is this role right for you?
• Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or Business related to the role or other related fields.
• 5+ years of relevant experience including Large multi-campus projects experience.
• Exposure to airport operations, transportation or logistics is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in enterprise architecture principles and system design.
• Familiarity with networking, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
• Data analysis skills using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Python.
• Awareness and recent experience of technical architectures of IT and OT systems and how they relate to ICT infrastructure.
• Ability to develop working relationship with key clients and suppliers at all levels, including coordination with architect, IT and MEP teams, etc.
